It’s fitting that this thing is on Huey P. Long Ave, because the amount of corruption and grift in Gretna and Jefferson Parish rivals that of any other place in Louisiana. They’re just more discreet about it.

All this. My race car shop was on Huey P Long back in the day. We were lucky because most of us were from there and were tight with GPD and the judges so no one messed with us. But it's bad.
