i have to admit that I was not a fan of his at FSU, but he has done a lot to rehab his image and come off like genuinely likeable guy.

he is funny. I'm not sure if he is likeable with the rape stuff but he is definitely entertaining.

The reports seem like he likely paid a settlement for her to drop the case.

She didn't find out who it was until she saw him in class a month after the incident.
He also was a redshirt at the time and not even playing.
