ICE should take the next 3-4 days off.

Ghost the Rioters and Immigrants so all of the rioters can just scream at each other in negative windchill weather. Eventually they will get frozen out and leave and then ICE can swoop in and kick arse without them 
Having said that, I think the Trump admin loves the chaos because it's making mainstream media cover it and the democrats are looking horrible on the national stage
