Laker fans - how arse are the '25-'26 Lakers?

Complete arse? Half arse? Total arse?
Every time I look, they're getting annihilated and play like defense is optional. It's wild. Getting spanked by Charlotte and giving up 135 points at home is pretty embarrassing.
Are they as cooked as they appear?

I'm sure the league will formulate some trade to try and revive them. But that team defensively couldn't stop UConn and they have no one beside Luka and a 41 year old Lebron to provide them scoring and both are terrible defenders.
They're a play-in team if Portland continues playing well.

The problem with Luka’s game is that he’s great only if he has the ball in his hand. Who’s going to play D if him, Lebron and Reaves are on the court? This team is built to pad stats offensively, not win big games.

Very true. He’s been a ball dominant player his entire career. He’s hard to put with another superstar, especially since he’s not a very good on-ball defender

Luka seemed to mesh well with Kyrie for whatever reason.

Fakers get clapped again because Luka whines more than he plays and Lebron is old and needs to retire. Putting up stats is easy; impacting winning is not. It’s easy to score 30 if you don’t play defense.

Not as arse as the Warriors so there’s that.

Nothing new, same Ole every year.

Looking back, maybe the Hawks were dumb but not THAT dumb to trade down & get another guy that scores 30 & can't play defense

I legit can't stand Luka. LeBron was my least favorite player in the league but now that Luka is on the Lakers he's topped him. He is such a whiny bitch. He gets the pass with fans because he's white but he's just a white James Harden.

Call them an auditorium the way they’re constantly on clap watch

You mean the Warriors who beat them in LA week 1?

Yes that same Warriors team below the Lakers in the standings at this time
