Fire Yeskie

WAFB news indicated they only had 10 general admission tables available so unless you are TAF or Coaches Committee good luck getting in

That’s crazy

Is there just not enough room? I feel like those tickets are popular enough they could have 20 more tables and still sellout.

I've been for at least a decade or so and I'd put it in the top 3.

Primarily because of Ben McDonald. Great speaker and he did some notable research on stats from recent years. He also asked some hard questions from the players panel. For example, he brought up the granny he gave up in the CWS against Stanford and asked Jake Brown how the dropped ball vs. North Carolina affected and/or changed him.

I think they said there were 101 tables (10 persons each).

And the event broke an earnings record at $500K.

As usual, it’s pretty amazing to sit there in a room of 800-1000 people to support a college baseball program.

They raised over $500k in the auction last night. Bregman put up passes to batting practice at Wriggly Field, meet and greet with him and hotel accommodations. It went for $22 or $23k!

Highlight of the night was Ben McDonald interviewing Skip Bertman. Two legends talking about the start of Bertman’s tenure.

The team looks really good. Players seemed excited about the year.

Players panel was Milam, Jake Brown, Cowan and Chris Stanfield. All were very impressive answering Ben’s questions. Solid leaders for this team.

Let’s get going! Another great year is possible.

It seems like this is a really classy event. The organizers should be proud of themselves. Things like this are what makes LSU special.

They had over 100 tables (10 people per table) in there which is about all the ballroom can hold.
