Is getting this collection of individual stars to come together and become a TEAM. If that happens, we could have something special folks. But do not underestimate how difficult that is. In this era of ME…how will he get these players to think and act like WE. Excited for this class!

Going to be the biggest challenge for many teams every year moving forward. Until things change and some rules are in place and enforced, got a bad feeling it's going to be wild free agency every off season

I feel like a big part of team chemistry involves narratives. And seeing how Lane and his dudes are public enemy no. 1, we’re off to a flying headstart in that department. Embrace the villain role

I agree but all of the other teams are facing the same problem. It’s an even playing field. The big difference is coaching and culture and I think the Lane Train can instill a tough winning culture.

He proved he could do that at Ole Miss.

The teams that will be most successful going forward will be the ones who have a coach (and staff) that is good at building cohesive team spirit. You can get all the 5 stars you want if they don't play as a team, and in some cases you can get 3 and 4 stars playing as a team to beat the teams with the 5 stars (see: Indiana).
If Kiffin is good at that (and honestly I don't know if he is or not, but my impression is that he is) AND he can recruit the way he's been doing, then we are going to be a freaking force.

If only we had a Head Coach that’s been a portal king and done this like 5 years in a row.

Appeasing high maintenance players that don’t get what they want and trying to manage a roster with an asinine open door portal.

Captain Obvious.
You should get into coaching. You have a gift.
