Not any longer, if you’re a functioning member of society and pay your taxes you should be eligible for an additional $2,400-$4,000 in a tax return if you normally get a refund. The 1BB also removed taxes on tips and O.T. You have to be paying into the system in order to be eligible for the tax dividends.
