I do not like NFL skill position players wearing single digit numbers and I do not like NCAA basketball players wearing numbers with 6, 7, 8 and 9. It’s rubbish.

The numbers don’t bother me at all. My biggest issue these days is the double mouthpiece trend

Drives me absolutely insane.

Yes, I know it’s a ‘me’ problem

Agree on the basketball numbers. It's harmless I suppose but just doesn't look right after watching ball all these years. Football doesn't bother me as much but it is sorta nostagic now to see a WR wearing number in 80s.

That to me is just stupid

How about the shorts that every football player - and growing numbers of baseball players - are wearing now?

And the long t shirt hanging out of the bottom of the jersey?

The unmuscled big fat belly hanging out below the jersey and above the pants. Are the linemen muscled under the pounds, or are the pounds the key?

How are their knees not shredded by the astroturf? If they need to wear protection for their arms and elbows, are their legs endowed with tougher skin?

My pet peeves are the duplicate numbers in college football, no need for this as you can only dress out 65 or 85 players at a time and players wearing shorts. The uniform rules have really slipped in the last few years. What happened to looking like a team instead of a group of individuals?

?????

I’m pretty sure they can dress as many as they want at home… (granted not all on scholarship)

I actually agree with this. I don't like seeing everyone with single digits. I like my receivers with 80s numbers . I like my d-backs with 20s or 30s.

I absolutely hate the number 0 and a QB wearing something higher than 19
