Thanks for your attention to this matter

He was licensed to carry a firearm. He did not however have said license with him. Which is crazy considering the circumstances he was carrying the firearm for in the first place. Some states have varying laws against carrying firearms to a protest; Minnesota has fairly liberal laws on this. I'm all for exercising your 2nd Amendment rights, go for it but I'm not going to any protest where there's the potential for some rainbow haired dipshit to crash out, have an emotional melt and start banging away at the other side of the fence.
Bring that shite to my house, though...

He had no ID on his person. Minnesota law requires you to carry you carry permit and a govt issued ID.
Im just annoyed about some rambos making comments about their 2nd amendment rights.
Same as those who believe 1st amendment rights give you the right to stand and scream in the face of a federal officer knowing full well you are spraying him with spittle.....but you didnt touch him so its legal.

Do they have the ability to have their ids on their phone?

And he reached for the weapon (that wasn’t there anymore) right before he was shot. That was a threatening move that could justify the shot. Why does no one point this out?

But all the theater kids at the Grammys said Ice was the devil.

How are you going to unlock it?

He wasnt legally carrying because he was armed in the commission of a crime. When you take down tag numbers and vehicle descriptions to follow ICE to an apprehension you are no longer protesting. You are committing multiple felonies.

You are breaking law 8 USC 1324 by assisting illegal immigrant to reside illegally in the U.S. by warning them ICE is there to apprehend them. So even the people out there blowing those stupid whistles are committing a felony. You are also breaking law 18 USC 111 by interfering with federal agents while doing their job. Thats not even discussing 18 USC 1501 and 18 USC 245 If you put your hands on, spit on or throw something at them then you are breaking 18 USC 1501 obstruction and assault. 18 USC 245 is interfering with or intimidating someone in the action of a federally protected activity.

Under the First Amendment, you have a fundamental right to "peaceably assemble," but the government is allowed to enforce "Time, Place, and Manner" restrictions. This means they can’t stop you from protesting because of what you’re saying, but they can regulate how and where you do it to ensure public safety

I'd like the SCOYUS to issue a ruling on the limits of 'freedom of speech' and 'redress of griefances'
Any rational, moral, or legal interpretation would class these 'peaceful protests' as illegal mob intimidation.

Anyone carrying in a situation like he was with no ID and permit, with enough ammo to wage a small war, did not have exercising his Second Amendment Rights in mind.
We already know his mindset, we've seen it on other videos. He was violent and angry. He'd had an altercation before. There he was interfering where he had no right to be, with a weapon on his person and the officers had no idea he had it.
He was sure reaching back for where that weapon was...SURPRISE bud....you don't get to shoot a bunch of agents today., Or any other day.
