Yep. In the early 90's, I knew a lot of people who lived off Goodwood right across the street from that store.

Grew up two blocks from there. That stretch of Flannery has been fricked up for at least 40 years.

Not quite that long ago.
It's right there at the corner of Goodwood and South Flannery.
It was fine into the early 90s. Once they "cleaned up" Mall City it started going down fast.

The neighborhood right behind all of those businesses is almost 100% Hispanic. It's been that way since the late 80's.
