Nothing about that quote means they hate the US. It means they hate policy of a political party. The parties aren’t the US.

olympics have become a political mess. that is why i watch very little of it anymore. i did watch some of the opening ceremonies last night. i noticed that when the chinese team came out, nbc cut to snoop dog interviewing the jamaican bobsled team. then they couldn't get enough of the ukraine team. when i was young, jim mckay and abc put on a great olympics.
