Looks like he has picked up some velocity on his fastball too. I don't remember seeing him hit low 90's in 23. Correct me if I am wrong though.

Just going by memory here, but I thought I remember him at 91 or 92. He seems to have picked up a couple of mph.

Guidry being healthy is huge for this team. Allows for Cowan to be used as more of a long relief role instead of the closer role which suits him and the team better.

That is one thing that was missing from the relief staff most of last season. That dude that comes in full of pissed off attitude. Guidry has it.
