I just noticed at my local Target (Houma), they started carrying Zero Sugar Oreos.

Still not showing up at Rouses or Wally World.

Just don’t eat too many they may cause diarrhea.

Reminds me of the Olestra chips of the 1990’s.

It's a bait. 2 of the regular cookie are 90 calories. Fat people will eat 20 cookies and consume 900 calories of carbs.

I mean if you're gonna eat Oreos, go for it. You're eating them for the taste and satisfaction.

To hell with the zero sugar shite.

First ingredient... Maltitol

Maltitol is a sugar alcohol (polyol) used as a lower-calorie, sugar-free sweetener with 75–90% the sweetness of sucrose. Commonly derived from corn, it provides 2–3 calories per gram (vs. 4 for sugar) and is used in chocolates, candy, and diabetic-friendly foods.

While it does not promote tooth decay, it can cause gastrointestinal issues (gas, diarrhea) if consumed in excess and has a moderate glycemic index, impacting blood sugar.

So a "cookie" that has more sugar substitute in it than flour. Got it.
