I guess True Detective is being ranked based on all seasons together? Season 1 would be top 10 in my op.

I was loving Breaking Bad until the episode where Walt was tripping out in the lab trying to kill a fly. That one episode annoyed me so much that I stopped watching it. I just couldn't get back into it after that episode. Yes, I am an idiot

Breaking Bad at #1 is hilarious.
It’s a good show. Great at times even. But nowhere near the best ever IMO.
Planet Earth 2 being above the original is odd as well. The original is in my top 3 miniseries of all time (Band of Brothers is #2 for me). The second was great too, but more of a continuation of what the original laid down.
Arrested Development missing seems egregious.
And from my personal perspective, where the frick is Saved By the Bell.

Season 5 episodes To'hajiilee and Ozymandias are some of the most intense and best episodes of any show ever. It is worth getting to them.

It wasn't even the best show on tv when it was on.

Way too much recency bias. I Love Lucy, The Honeymooners, The Andy Griffith Show, Gunsmoke?

No Miami Vice. List is shite.

Heated Rivalry? The gay hockey show? How is this top 20? That’s comical. Also, the Pitt that has had 1 season.
Lost overall not bad but these really taint it.

That’s fair. It aired during the golden age of TV.
I also think The Sopranos is ranked far too high. But admittedly that’s because I missed the boat on it and finally watched it for the first time a couple years ago. I liked it a lot, and there were times when I just thought “man, this show is good.” But it also felt really dated and a lot of it missed me. But I assume I’d have felt differently had I watched it when it aired.

It’s obvious whoever made this list has never watched Shogun. That’s a legit top ten show that didn’t even make it on this list.

The Leftovers belongs.
This also. Also mini-series should be a different category.
Also Justified too low.
