When did this become the standard goodbye comment?
Safety Uber Alles is boring and makes for a neurotic society.
I think it’s time for a change. Let’s come up with some alternatives.
Maybe something along the lines of, “Goodbye, Go kick some arse!”, or “Have a good day and a great adventure!”

Noticed it during COVID but I definitely could have just missed it for the 30 odd years prior.
Probably the usage went up from certain situations to a more blanket usage.
