Not sure I believe him, but that's the best way to spin it regardless. Doesn't matter now. Just hoping we can dismantle the regime and turn the ground game over to regional partners sooner rather than later. Still grinding my teeth that at least some US ground footprint will probably be a necessity at this point. Hopefully temporary...
