Cooking drumsticks in a slow cooker question

For the first time ever, I'm trying drumsticks in a small four quart slow cooker.
They are packed in tight and I have them on low.
Should I rotate them from top to bottom every hour or two or should I just leave things alone?

If you have enough to fill the cooker, stand them up on end
