is this what counts as a "win" for our side these days?
the fact this tied up so much time and resources and any stupid arse judge at any time can spin up another 50 'rulings' the SCOTUS has to sort through is doing nothing but wasting time and preventing trump from getting anything done.

I want a Three Strikes rule for federal judges - 3 rulings overturned by higher courts/SCOTUS and you're automatically removed from the bench.

Yes, it's a win. Had the ruling gone the other way, it certainly would have been a loss.
I agree it was a waste of time and resources, but Trump's team didn't get that ball rolling.
