Amy Coney Barrett = Trump’s biggest mistake

Trump got swept up in the moment and caved to the feminists. But because of that it’s going to cost us this country. The birth right citizenship is quite literally the decision of whether America is a country and Americans are a people. ACB and her feels will not decide in our favor

Trump has a weakness for women like Bondi and Barrett. He sees their physical attractiveness then over-estimates their actual value.

No more women should be appointed to judgeships. At any level.

What if this comes down 7-2 or worse?

Gregg Jarrett will have been right that these justices are wary of any big decisions.

The fact that your brain will not accept the possibility that it's the correct decision is telling.
There's a chance this is 8-1 or 9-0
quote:
The Justices revisited at length an important precedent in the 1898 ruling in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (169 U.S. 649) involving a son born in the U.S. But his parents, originally from China, were here lawfully and domiciled permanently. They were not evading the law. Back then, the Supreme Court’s decision pivoted on that distinguishable fact.
He leaves up very important context and I believe that's intentional

I think you’re hyper ventilating on a good, solidly conservative Justice who has voted with the conservative justices most of the time. Also, I doubt ACB is going to be the difference in birthright citizenship bc I don’t expect a 5-4 decision. What I will be interested in is how splintered the majority is on reasoning.

True, but this is bigger.

You make a thread about ACB
The implication is that she's going to be the deciding vote
I pose that this may be 7-2 and you pivot to talking about someone making a bad and dishonest argument that you agree with
When I point out that you may be perceiving this whole thing incorrectly, you then just call that my opinion

No
I can defend and support my arguments while understanding the other argument fully

Greg Jarrett, whoever that is, sounds pretty foolish taking about the court that upended Chevron deference and overturned the one decision that was of the utmost importance to the political left, Roe v Wade.

At least we will always have this meme template.

And he does it by by creating an argument based on a dishonest basis.

I didn't start this thread. I just replied to the 7-2 possibility by saying Gregg Jarrett's opinion will be right in my opinion.
Then you attacked me with another one of your "smarter than thou" comments.
And yes. It's your opinion.
