Been researching DC juries this morning. Did you know that DC has a specific school curriculum which is mandatory from 6th to 12th grade which trains them in civic participation including juries? Students are taught how to look past the actual crime and evaluate all charges through "root causes" and equity. There's no chance of a favorable conviction in DC.

I dont understand why many of these lawsuits are not in courts in conservative states.
Immigration is a simple example. While the federal offices may be in DC, illegal immigration is a violation of the civil rights of all American citizens, seems those issues could validly be brought to court in places like West Virginia or the panhandle of Florida where there are unbiased jurors

We need all federal cases in DC to be scattered around the country. That jury pool is no ones "peers".

Progressives venue shop on purpose. There is a reason so many lawsuits are filed against conservative principles in the ninth circuit and DC.

There is no such thing as an impartial jury in the DC dem cesspool.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

We should be teaching them IQs of the different classes of people so they know who the dumbest of the dumb are.
