No, run rule victories are not possible in the ninth inning or later

*8th inning.
If the away team gets ahead by 10 runs in the top of the 9th the home team still gets to bat and it’s a complete game. If the home team leads at any point in bottom of the 9th inning then the game is over so 10 run rule would not apply.
