I dont have a picture, but i remember when I was a kid, there was a box of shitty toys that my grandparents had in the basement. Most were toys from when my dad was a kid. There were a couple Popeye PEZ dispensers in that box that I vividly remember (I was bummed there was no candy with it). I just found out they are worth like $400-500.

I bought this one at the LSU bookstore about 20 years ago and gifted it to a family member.
