Has Anyone Here Used Louisiana Pond Management?

Have roughly 1/3 of an acre private pond. Has a fair amount of bream, different species but I can't tell the difference. One gets pretty big and the other is a typical small bream.
The bass are the problem. If I walk around the entire pond fishing for 30-45 minutes I may get 1 bass maybe 2 and sometimes none at all. And all the ones I catch are small. 6-10 inches and occasionally I'll catch one a little bigger. Previous owner said before it flooded in 2016 it wasn't unusual to catch them up to about 2lbs. I've been there 4 years now and the biggest one I have caught was maybe a 1lb-1 1/2lbs and haven't caught one close to that since. Myself and my son are the primary fisherman with my son bringing friends but they mainly fish for bream.
Pond is approximately 16 feet deep in one area and 12 feet in another area. Previous owner said he put in a bunch of christmas trees and he added 3 6ft concrete culverts that stand upright.
I have a septic pump connected to weighted hose that is connected to a diffuser for aeration at around 8-10 feet deep. That was as deep as I could go and still get bubbles to come up.
I called Louisiana pond management and gave someone all the above information and someone else is supposed to call me back tomorrow to see what they can do.
Just wanted some thoughts from here because I know they will be pushing for more so they can make more. I know with that small of a pond there can only be so many and so big but I've fished similar sized ponds and have done much better.

I’d be willing to bet that “typical” small bream you described is a green sunfish, especially since it has flooded before. They are very aggressive feeders and likely chopping the food chain off at the knees. Would be a good idea to get someone in to look at it and say for sure.

Cast net from the bank and get as many of those perch/bream out as you can. Call Dunns and het some minnows stocked along with some bass. Keep every bass 12-14” next few years.

Sounds about right for the fishing you described, the pond management company will likely recommend draining and starting over if trophy bass are the goal. Rotenone doesn’t work well if the water is too deep, and you have to kill every single green sunfish or they’ll be right back.
Really it just depends on how much of a project you want to make it. Raising “trophy” bass is a bit of a crapshoot on a third of an acre. If the goal is to have a good time and have a few more bass, green sunfish are a blast to catch on an ultralight with a beetlespin or live crickets and they taste fine whole fried. Remove them with extreme prejudice and you’ll see the bass and bluegill pick up, within reason.

I’m currently using them. Paid $400 for them to come out and do testing of alkalinity, pH, turbidity, they caught a few fish, then wrote up a report on recommendations. They are pricey but I’m not sure what fair market value is. I need to install an aeration fountain which I found one online for $2k and I have all the wiring for it. But they want $850 for 10 gallons of lime, $315 to spray the bank and weed control, and like $2250 a year for keeping it under control via a contract. It’s one of those things I want to do myself but I’m afraid of killing my pond

Catch all the sunfish you can, even with nets. Throw the regular bream back for now. Stock with regular bream and fathead minnows. Maybe even throw a few bags of live crawfish in it. Next year stock it with bass but continue getting those green sunfish out of there, add structure for fish to hide.

Got a quote for $776 for 25 bass and 1000 fathead minnows. Does that sound right?
