Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen ACCUSED of romantic relationship with the lawyer who helped Democrats STEAL a congressional seat.
Texts reveal intimate relationship between the Justice and Attorney for the Redistricting case while the case was live. She ruled in their favor. Utah lost a safe Republican district thanks to the new map.
Governor + legislative leaders launching a probe into the cozy “friendship.”
Utah never should’ve lost that seat. Judicial swamp just got exposed.

While a scumbag, I do recognize his staunch heterosexuality.

Yet how can you unwind it when the top court in the state is in cahoots?

FYI, this redistricting was done because of a ballet measure voted on by the general populace that recieved over 50% of yes votes in 2018 to have independent redistricting commision draw maps to avoid gerrymandering in the state. Utah has 4 congressional seats, all 4 are republican because of heavy gerrymandering even though close to 40% of the population voted Dem in the 2020 and 2024 elections.
Since 2018, Republicans have been fighting tooth and nail to not have to implement any of the redrawn maps put forward by the commission. The Supreme Court finally mandated they implement one of the maps after 7 years of them not acting on the ballet measure passed by a direct vote of the populace. The map would result in one seat being a likely blue seat. Which given the state is approximately 40% blue in the past two presedential elections makes sense. Kind of wild to to say a seat was "stolen" by over 50% of the state voting for indepedent redistricting, with the result being 40% of the populace getting 25% of the representation statewide instead of 0%. Seems to be exactly what you would expect/want to happen.

Usually it is, "pussy is undefeated".
But in this case it is "cock for the win".
