Was recently told about this and on the surface it looks like a great product that covers all. Is it worth the hype?

Does it work at least? Or will I need other supplements on top of the AG1?

If I can get just the AG1 and not have to buy the other supplements separately I could manage it

It's a good mix, but definitely overpriced

It’s a good mix tastes great but for how expensive it is I think you can just get the similar results from diet and multivitamins

AG1 and all those “greens” supps are worthless. And at $100/mth you gotta be nuts. Take a dam multi

I’ve been drinking IM8. I feel better than when I was drinking AG1. Stomach feels better with good energy in the afternoons.

TrainerRoad reviews AG1

TrainerRoad went through each ingredient and evaluated against scientific literature to see if the claimed dose had any affect.

TLDR most of the ingredients do not meet the threshold dosage to do anything and it’s a waste of money

You just described just about every supplement in existence. Most do not provide near the dose needed to be effective. I briefly looked at IM8 and came across NOVOS Core as an alternative but it likely falls short as well. AG1 is just giving you expensive piss.

Overpriced and doesn't do whatever people buying it thinks it will do. Greens powders are one of the most worthless things in the fitness world
