Gram Parson's Grave

Big Gram fan and plan on making the trip in about one month. I know he's buried at Metairie Cemetery, but does anyone know exactly where? Any tips? Is he far off of Airline Dr?

Gram Parson's death and his best friends crazy attempt to fulfill his wishes to be cremated at Joshua Tree is one of the best rock n roll stories of all time.
After his friends heroic but botched attemp his parents in Metairie finally received his remains...
but they only got half a Gram LOL
Gram Parsons is buried at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. Located at 4900 Airline Drive, his grave is in Plot R, near a large tree and a white concrete bench in the central-western section of the cemetery.

when I went there 20 yrs ago the official handout they gave you at the office had the wrong location. I hope that's been fixed.
The old marker that I saw was very austere. Just his name, dates, and the inscription "God's Own Singer" (not even his song)
The new marker (I don't know when it was installed) is much more elaborate:
