I had a 70 something year old Vietnam Vet patient trying to transition, this dude looked nothing like a woman, and would get pissed every time you called him sir. I apologized and told him it was hard calling him ma'am because you look nothing like a woman..

This is the problem with Democrats and the Left, as well as “moderates”. They get upset over Tweets and Trump’s general personality but never comment on this crap which is far more destructive than Trump’s lack of candor
