Pierre Thomas over the last 8 games

116 carries for 688 yards, 9 tds, and a 5.9 ypc rushing the ball.
24 catches for 244 yards, 3 tds and a 10.1 ypr catching the ball.
keep in mind he basically missed 1 half vs the bills this year and a half vs the lions last year.
he is on pace for over 1800 yards rushing/receiving in 16 games since he took a lead role in the offense and averages over a td per game. that is pretty amazing numbers.

He's been very impressive. The guy hits the hole like a real running back and his legs never stop moving...the same with Bell.
When Bell comes back, we'll have a very competitive situation at the RB position.
Fresh legs wins games in the 4th quarter.

Suntiger is somehow strangely missing from this thread. Maybe he's finally gotten on the PT bandwagon somewhere and I missed it.

I gave PT props in the apology to Grant thread. Bell, PT and Hamilton have all looked very good this year. Even Evans has done well out of the backfield.
BTW, I was never anti PT, just said I wanted to see him be "the guy" for a season before giving him as much love as everyone did last year.
I'm really looking forward to seeing what Bell, PT and Bush can get accomplished at RBBC this year and I hope they can all stay healthy.

I don't think that anyone is anti-PT.
There are certainly anti-Bush people, however.
Even in what WOULD and SHOULD have been a positive thread singing Pierre's praises, the pathetic and sad crew feel the need to drag it down by attacking another Saint...
