I recently contacted Flowbie, and this is what he had to say.

WE STOMPED ARIZONA LAST YEAR AND THEY MADE THE SUPER BOWL
WE GOT STOMPED THIS YEAR AND GUESS WHAT, WE'RE GOING TOT HE SUPER BOWL"

He's not GHAZI. The douchieness resemblance is uncanny, but they are not the same. Might be distant cousins. I hear there are a lot of Arab-Americans in the Twin Cities area.
