Louisiana players
Tweety Carter leading the charge for Baylor right now over Texas (38-29 towards the half)
LaceDarius Dunn and Tweety Carter are the 1st and 2nd leading scorers for Baylor. Carter is also averaging 6.5 assists to only 2.6 turnovers a game.

Well if LSU offered a major in General Studies, yall could do the same also.

All Tweety can do is shoot. Only problem is that he is 5 foot 7. Shoots get blocked at 5 foot 7.

Tweety actually has developed into a very good point guard. He's become quite a good passer. He's also improved a ton on defense from last year to this year, though he still can improve more in that area. He has put in the work to become more of a well rounded player and it has shown this year.

They also took Mulkey and Leon Barmore to build their ladies basketball team.

I wonder if we could get Mulkey to LSU. Lots of bad blood, but it would be a killer combination, imv.

I think we offered her after Pokey Chatman left and she turned us down.

Baylor has a strong team, I think I heard something the other day where they are the second tallest team behind Kentucky and the 8th youngest team out of 349 teams!
Great win today by Baylor!

Not a good route to go down. Baylor academics is pretty good, so thats not a very good arguement.

Hmmm.... A roster of:
G Carter Sr
G Dunn Jr
F Mitchell Sr
F Warren So
C Greg Monroe So
Bench
G Bo Spencer Jr
F Kodi Augustus Jr
Would make a nice 7 deep. I'm not saying they would make the final 4, but they wouldn't be 0-7 in conference either.

Not to mention that James Anderson (Oklahoma State) was pretty much a Louisiana boy coming from Junction City. He had said several times that he would love to stay in "Purple and Gold"......but the Brady led staff didnt give him much a of look. Even though he had offers from Arizona, Kentucky, Florida, UCLA and Ok State. Last time I looked he was in the top 10 in the nation in scoring.

Every school has an athlete major. Can't remember what it's called at LSU.

So basically you get a degree in nothing. This is akin to having hired hamds to play ball. LSU used to have a degree in General Studies. What about P.E. or some bs like that.

General Studies
General Business
Sociology
Kinesiology
have probably 85+% of the big student athletes.
