If he hasn't, then I have less respect than the slither that I had for him for the last 40 years. As a man and a former Saint, the city and franchise deserve better from this bitter weasel. If he's congratulated NO and the Saint, then I just missed it.

Did he issue a statement when either of his sons won?

I mean, seriously, do you want him to hold a press conference?

the city def has done more for Archie and his gang than anybody, I know some HOF'ers in their hometowns haven't been treated as well Archie has in NO.

Under the circumstances of Archie being a Saints icon, his home in NO, his sons native Newman High sons that would step up graciously and congratulate the Saints and the city for a job well done and wish us well. A coward of NO-CLASS goes on mute as he has done. I'm always hated the Mannings -- now more. Archie WHO???

Archie hasn't been interviewed. When he is he will congratulate the saints and NOLA.

Exactly.

I mean, seriously, this guy would probably bash Archie for being self-important or somesuch if he held a press conference to congratulate the Saints.

Have you discussed this with your therapist, or is this forum a substitute for professional help?

I look forward to the day when I can read the Saints board and not have irrational, moronic anti-Manning family rants on the first page.

...I expect this day to come somewhere around 2017.

By stupid and pathetic you mean LSU fans who are still livid that blue-chippers from NOLA went out of state. And the LSU moron contingent pretty much dominates the Reggie Bush hatred, too.

As I and many others have said before....

How can you bash a man for sticking with his own flesh and blood. I think it makes him more of an icon instead of less.

I think it is pathetic that people on this board bash the Mannings, even though I am also not happy with the fact that Peyton and Eli went out of state.

Peyton was gracious..before the game and after. I thought perhaps he left the field to compose himself for the eventual questions after a disappointing loss. I'm sure Archie would also be as gracious..the local sports media should give him a call.

I went to 3 LSU / Ole Miss football games with the grand one being when LSU whipped by 50 points and threw oranges on the field. No one is saying he shouldn't have pulled for his sons. I would have. He has, however, not returned every local, regional, or national media person's call who are just asking for his comment. This is a fact. No press conference, you idiots, just call a reporting back and make a statement. That's why he is class-less.

He released a statement last week and said he was a better QB than Brees and that he banged more chicks than Tiger. Then he threw down the mic and walked off.
