Offense looked better than I've seen it in 2 years

Very impressed with the OLine in the running game.

Both RBs Ridley and Ford looked very good. OL deserves much of this credit.

Shepard will be used a ton and looks great in his new role.

No change in offensive sets...large majority of the snaps are being run out of the shotgun.

Tolliver Randle Shepard and Tolliver will be a very good receiving corps.

Montgomery and Brokers look like they have the potential to be special players.

Defense front 7 got pushed around on both teams (Nevis and Shepherd being out contributed I'm sure).

We ran the ball quite well in 2008. I'd say the passing game was worse today than then though, although it's just one practice.

Maybe, but maybe the DL sucks really bad at stopping the run, just like last year.

Yea, wasn't very impressed with Crowton today. The pick 6 was just as much his fault for the play call as it was anyone else's.

The only positives were the overall speed of the defense, special teams, and a renewed commitment to a dominating run game. But the most important position on the field, quarterback, seemed to have regressed back to the Spring circa 2008.

You are definitely overstating the problem.

In my opinion, there were significantly more positives that came out of the spring game than negatives.

Not even close! Go back and rewatch the play again. If lee makes even an average throw Randle has 3 blockers and goes for a huge gain! The throw needed to be pad level and gunned! Lee floated it and loston made a great read and a great play. The play call was excellent also there was pretty heavy pressure in lees face on the throw. After you go back and watch the game several times you will see tons of details emerge like dropped passes and horrible right tackle play that's why mingo had 800 tackles

Mingo abused whoever he lined up across from and Montgomery got by Barksdale far too many times.

Shaw was awful pass blocking and I was not impressed by Faulk either. Hurst got beat a couple times but looked like best tackle out there.
