Screw the ticket office (student priority points)

They didn't give me credit for a home game last fall that I attended. They won't let me dispute the error because apparently the deadline to submit a dispute was November 18th.
That makes a lot of sense... set the deadline when 40+ points can still be earned. The game I didn't get credit for was before Nov 18th, but still, what a bunch of idiots. I don't even recall an email in November communicating this to students, which they claim was sent.
Anybody else having trouble with the ticket office for priority points disputes?
Anyone remember this email from November?
If I don't receive away game tickets because of the mistake they made, I'm going to lose it.

Just be thankful you're still a college student. I'd give anything to turn back time.
Although I do remember some kind of march on campus about tickets while I was there. It was called Students raising Hell About Football Tickets, aka SHAFT. I dont recall if it accomplished anything. I dont even think the team was that good at the time.

Not a bad idea if you set one after all events occur... but in November??? Really?? I've yet to even find a student who remembers this email.

unfortunately, I haven't been able to speak in person or over the phone. I sent a very civil and respectful email to tickets@lsu.edu yesterday and just saw their reply.
I'm interning in the northeast this summer so I can't visit in person, and I don't get off work until 6pm or later, which is when the ticket office closes. I'll have to find a way tomorrow to get off a few minutes early so I can call.

Now...educate yourself on the guidelines and deadlines so you don't miss out again this year. You don't have special privleges, guidelines are guidelines bucko.

As many stupid emails students receive during the semester and the fact that is during one of the more hectic times I don't fault any student for missing it.
Sucks it went down that way and hopefully it can get resolved.
