He isn't recruiting the entire team, he's probably doing one or both of the following:
1) Looking at a single player. Probably a promising lineman.
2) Paying a visit to a HS coach he wants to stay in touch with.

He can't judge shite. I've seen Springhill play this year.

Uhhhh, no, just look at the NFL. (1st rounders-Addai, Landry, Spears, Dorsey, Clayton, Bowe, Davis, Russell)
Les Miles has yet to recruit a guy selected in the first round of the NFL draft.
Therefore, I give the nod to Nick Saban hands down as the best recruiter in LSU history.

Google Jermauria Rasco. You'll see why Les is at Evangel tonight. He's not scouting shite. Rasco is one of the top DEs in the nation.
