I feel bad for JL. The game was close to his hometown and the only playing time he got in a game that was out of reach with more than 5:00 to play was to kneel down and carry off the game ball.

Sorry, but that was a dick move on Les' part. JL should have gotten at least one series.

I don't know... seemed the game was pretty well-coached to me.

I thought the same thing. I wonder if Lee was insulted or if Les asked Lee if he wanted to do it......

Im not saying Lee should have played, JJ did well for the most part.. I just have a problem with the kneel downs (I think this is what you're thinking also.._

Really?
Sure you cant find anything else to bitch about?
I was a Lee supporter all along, he had this year to prove he should have been the starter, he didn't.
This isn't peewee football where everyone plays.
As much as we would like the coaches to do everything WE want, maybe its better just to win.

Did you see the game? The game plan designed for JJ was working perfectly. JL has had his chances. Cudos to JJ for stepping up. Even with a great win, Les just cant win on here.

WHAT? Jefferson is playing better than he ever has and you want LM to pull him??? And Lee gets a few snaps that you think is an insult. Lee sure as hell doesn't see it that way and thank God he doesn't think like you.

Lee wanted to win, last night and contrary to the way you think there are some people that want what is best for the team instead of being all me me me.

LSU is so much more of a TEAM then just about every other football team in the country. Unselfishness is the Rule and not the exception with LSU players. JL looked plenty happy to me last night.

Do you guys think JL might transfer? I hope not because I really like the guy but it seems like he would have to beat out 2 guys next year. I know Mett hasn't even got here yet but there is no denying he is good.

Mett finds your quote humorous.

I am a big LM supporter, but I agree with this. I wish he would have taken one of those snaps and chunked the ball into the stands instead of kneeling so he at least got into the stat line.

what was the point of Lee coming in to take a knee instead of JJ? JJ won the game, let him have the satisfaction of taking the knee, plus that's a little insulting to Lee. I don't see any potential reason to justify Lee taking a knee there at the end. Participation ribbon?

You guys have short memories, lee was never given a fair chance. The games he played in he got only 1/3 of the series jj got. After winning several games, when jj was pathetic, he was never given the chance to start a game from the beginning and get into rhythm. Anyway I applaude him for being a good sport and team player.
