B12 meets today to talk BU threats. Others want to move on, but can't if BU sues SEC. BU will get a bone from this, then will drop it.
gotta figure this gets resolved sooner rather than later.

Texas should assure them that wherever it goes when the Big 12 collapse, Baylor will be allowed to follow.
Then, when the day does come, Texas should screw Baylor by taking Tech with them to the Pac-12 and leaving Baylor for a non-AQ conference.

Good to know...we ALL want it over.
I just can't see BU suing NOW...they had their chance and they didn't take it...for unknown reasons to any of us.
In my mind BU has already passed on the idea of legal action.

I don't understand what kind of legal action Baylor would have.

Baylor has the most to lose. What AQ conference would want Baylor? By-the-way, nice win against TCU.

I'd say that Iowa State has the most to lose.
At least Baylor is in the most football-rich state in the country and relatively close to some major media markets.

Honestly...I don't know and anyone claiming to know is probably speculating.
The issue is the "right not to sue" that worries me ...someone might get "caught" up with that.
Thanks Gunner!
