Pictures of the 1958 National Championship Ticket Stub

We were awarded the national championship before the Sugar Bowl against Clemson, would the last regular season game against Tulane be considered the national championship ticket stub? Or the Sugar Bowl?

True. The Sugar Bowl was not the NC game. The final regular season game vs. Tulane is when we won the NC. There were no post season championship games back then. Stats didn't even count toward your season totals that were aquired in the bowls.

To what game? There was no NC game. It was all decided by the AP and UPI voters at the end of the regular season. I was at every home game as well as the Bama game in Mobile and the Sugar Bowl

My father does he has the orginal ticket stub(1959 Sugar Bowl stub), he is out of town @ the time.

I have all the programs from that year. Most in very very good condition. Not really interested in selling at this point. Also have an original NC ring for 1958 and an LSU class ring for the same year.
