to eat it, and every damn piece tasted like it had been thawed and refrozen a half a dozen times. Ugh. I spit out every bite and threw it all out.

If it makes you feel better I bought a boneless pork shoulder from Rouses on Monday to make some jambalaya on Friday. Went to go cube up the meat on Thursday so I would have less work to do on Friday and the meat had a layer of slime on it. The "sell by" date was the 8th (Friday) on the package. I threw the whole damn thing away!
