I'm not going to sit here and declare a victory here and now, but I'm not going to sit back and cry about Bama coming to town either. You people bowing down are just sad. Why is it so hard to just enjoy the fact that next Saturday night will be a ridiculous atmosphere and will be one of the biggest games of the year?

No I just thoroughly dislike overreactions. Who has Bama played? They just beat a MS State team who hasn't played anyone either. We've already faced and beaten 2 of 3 top 15 teams, and 1 of 2 top 5 teams. While that doesn't guarantee victory, we've played in tough games already. Our worst team in the last near decade took an undefeated Bama team to OT in 08. So I'm sorry if I look at facts instead of throwing my hands in the air.
Why is a being a realist only pointing out the negative? What happened to just looking at things objectively and having some useful discussion? Nah. Lets just give up. Might as well not even play the game.

Fan is short for "fanatic." It's not at all unreasonable for you to suspend your "realism" for one freaking week and support the team even if deep down you don't think they'll do it. That's why we love sports.

I think if you are a real fan you expect your team to go out & give their all to WIN this game. Maintaining a positive demeanor about your team is key, not the lay over & die approach. My neighbors are Bama fans & when they talk shite do u think I'm just gonna say OK, screw that I talk shite right back. AJM got hit last night & now has a bruised back, I want freak, mingo, sonic Sam, & minter to demolish this kid.

Not gonna cry one bit. No one nationally will pick us to win. Hell I will have a Cinderella mentality also all week also. Hell come Saturday night I hope all hell breaks loose on the field and in the stands in Baton Rouge let's show them gumps and the nation again what tiger stadium and Tiger fans are all about.
