Anyone hit the big chunks of concrete dropped on I-10 this morning around 7:30AM? I know at least 2 cars pulled off the road with and one with what looked like a blown tire (hubcap flew off)

This happened between the exits Washington and Dalrymple Dr.

Front License Plate Number: BB21904

Concrete just left on back of truck:

Did the truck have one of those 1-800 numbers to report unsafe driving?

I understand..but I'm not talking pebbles here I'm talking huge chunks of concrete that could easily kill someone.
