It's been a while that Les has been resting on his reputation as the mad hatter. With this fake field goal the specter of Les has a gambler has been resurrected.

This should help the special teams. Teams will be a little skittish when defending file goals or punts. If the rush had been bothering the special teams, this one act might the matter.

Is Keehn good enough for a faked punt?

How about a real punt first?

that took major sack to call. I mean that was 4th and pretty long and you are counting on a kicker to catch a ball and outrun better athletes.

And a field goal probably still wins us the game honestly.

Certainly our coaches saw something they could exploit but wow that was still ballsy. That's why he's the Mad Hatter.

Would not trust Keehn with any fakes.

If he would do it more, or coach with a little more aggression on offense, we would have teams back on their heals a lot more than we have had in the past few years.

Make the defense guess and put fear in your opponent, it's a strategy of coaching that will work if you use it.

He's been faking the punt all year. When do we see his real punting abilities from 2 years ago?

Quick question. Krags knee was down as he was throwing the ball. Is that allowed since it was a "field goal"?

i don't think he's resting on his laurels. The media put the mad hatter label on him. I think he only takes big risks when he knows he has a great team on the line. He ain't gonna do a ton of "mad hatter" type stuff with an 8-5 squad. It tells me he thinks this team is special.

Just when we thought Les lost his balls... He whipped them out last night. They still exist

It was great scheming against an aggressive team.

Florida wants to get up the field and rush and the ends were crashing hard all night.
