Help: Tucking shirt in right the first time

Can someone give me written instructions on how to tuck a shirt in right the first time?
Maybe my shirts are always too big for me, but I am horrible at getting the shirt tucked in right.
Sometimes I can't even get it to look nice after a few minutes and give up.
What is the method you use to not have a crinkled back or billowy sides after you tuck your shirt in?

This.
No wrinkle isn't always required, but slim fit is.

Are you the thief who got his arm ripped off? I don't see what's so hard about tucking in a shirt.

I do that. I put all the shirt I can in my pants before I zip and button. Then I buckle my belt and....bad tucking.

This is like asking someone who runs fast to tell you how to run fast. I have no problems with it, so I can't put into words the help you need.

This I think is my problem.
I have to buy large shirts to have sleeves that work for my body. That leaves the rest of the shirt to be really large...so I have all this space.
What stores sell cheap slim fit shirts?

Fish net is not meant to be tucked in.

Ask your male co-workers if they'd mind pulling up your pants and buttoning them while you hold your shirt against your frame.

I feel like you should have learned this when you were around 13...

That graphic helps. My shirts are the far right on both images.
But, how do you tuck in shirts with so little shirt to tuck like in the bottom left?

If you want cheap, try the discount department stores. Kohls, JC Penny, etc.

I can...
But I am freaking 6'4" and 200 lbs and I can get away with rolling up sleeves on small shirts that match my torso.
But big shirts with good sleeves for me are impossible to tuck in.
