Dinner choice in NO: Mr. Eds Fishhouse, Bourbon House or Deanies?

Heading East from Houston and making a stop through NO with another couple and a total of four kids. Staying in the Quarter and thinking about going to Deanies or Bourbon House or Mr. Eds Fishhouse for some seafood.
Half like fried, some barbecue shrimp and oysters, other fish. Kids are fine with whatever. Which would the food board choose or is there a better seafood option in the FQ with kids? Thx.

You are going to get talked out of all of these but BH or Eds would get my vote over Deanies.

I wish the answer could be none of those. They are all mediocre at best.
However, off the list, I GUESS Mr. Ed's, even though I greatly dislike it.

Given your stipulations, Redfish Grill is a better choice than the three places listed.

Based on what he's looking for, in thinking Peche and Resfish Grill might be a little different. LOL
I would suggest both though as well if the OP would drop the requirement of needing a bunch of fried seafood

Ehh, it's sort of along the same lines as Bourbon House, but I think it's a bit better at what it does. This guy doesn't want to go to Peche and that's not a knock on either him or the place.

Bourbon House 1st. Mr. Ed's a close second. Deanie's a distant 3rd. My favorite seafood restaurant in that area is G.W. Fins.

Bourbon House is the choice of those three, with Mr Ed's being a very close second. Don't do Deanies.
