Simple. Each group winner goes to the WC. There are 5 groups so that means 5 winners qualify for WC.

It's good that CAF fixed their stupid two-legged playoff thing but they need to create better pots or something. They are not doing their conference any favors at the WC leaving some of those teams at home.
