How much money have you won or lost there? I've never asked anyone that. I just know the anecdotal evidence about how the only big winners are employees and professional gamblers.

Not many DFS players on here so you may be waiting a while for any additional meaningful feedback.
Don't know why you would play Gurley in this spot as their offense has been anemic and they're projected to be behind in the game. He's not heavily involved in the pass game so he offers no benefit other than rushing yards. Johnson's a little more expensive @ $7.7k but he's a much more reliable play IMO.
Additionally, there's a lot of value at RB this week with guys like Charles Sims and Jay Ajayi filling in for injured players. I'd look into them if I were you. Sims is $4.9k and Ajayi is $4k.
Graham hasn't been very involved in their offense but perhaps that could change soon. Pitta's only $400 more and Baltimore will be throwing a ton in this one most likely.

The Gurley play is strictly because I think he's due. The passing game is anemic, yes, but they didn't have one last year and TG still found a way to get his numbers. Rams put one in the W column last week - hopefully they can get a little mojo popping off in the locker room. But yeah, I get what you're saying.. The Gurley play doesn't look great on paper. It's more so the line of thought that studs will eventually ball out and I'm rolling the dice with him this week.
Melvin Gordon has been a touchdown machine and with Woodhead out the workload is squarely upon his shoulders.
Graham's time on the field went from 25% of offensive sets to almost 80% from Week 1 to Week 2. I see him having a breakout game at home this weekend. For 3k, it's worth a shot.

quote:This is my third week of doing it, man. Week 1 I won $500 from a $20 entry fee and last week I went o-fer. I wasn't able to get in a fantasy league this year so this keeps me entertained on Sundays. I enjoy it

I can understand wanting to be on a player when his popularity is down. I just can't envision the path Gurley takes to being worth his salary this week. Anything can happen but there are so many good options, I couldn't do it. Being unique is an advantage in DFS as you know. If you don't want to go with Johnson you could go with an Eddie Lacy. That game script projects for GB to be up vs the worst run D in the league. Yet people will avoid Lacy because the idea is that he's still fat and out of shape.
On Gurley, I'd wait until they play the Bills in 2 weeks, when his salary is even lower and he'll still be flying under the radar. But I've been wrong before, good luck.

I'm cool with everything other than Gurley and Graham...my reasoning is similar to the thoughts already expressed in thread

And guess what..
I exchanged Gurley for Charles Sims, Beasley for T. Benjamin, and Graham for Pitta
