What will be the first notable changes on the field this season post Les

I have no idea what our offense is going to look like and is the defense going to be much more aggressive. Is the toss dive forever dead?

Hopefully we will see an offense lined up with at least 25 seconds left on the play clock instead of huddling to call the play with 15 seconds left.
