The county in Georgia(cobb) I worked for tonight was done by 1130
And out of the 144 precincts, 140 were in by 10

How are the votes relayed to the SOS? PA has over 9,000 precincts. Is that 9,000 phone calls, 9,000 emails, or what?
Also, if the line is 45 minutes long, and you get in line right before the polls close, that's 45 minutes before the last vote is cast.

FBI can read through 600,000+ emails in a week. Get some of those agents to go to these precincts that have been counting ballots for 6 hours to help them out
