The cities of New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle are the only reason she ever had a chance and accounts for the reason she may win the popular vote.

Well considering California and NY have two of the largest populations and democrats. Just look at the map of red and blue of America there's your popular vote.
