We're going to make the World Cup

The way the Hex is set up, it's damn near impossble to not finish top 4 with the amount of talent we have.
HOWEVER... Jurgen using the first game of the Hex against Mexico as a fricking guinea pig is ridiculously stupid on so many levels. Not only doing it against our rival and most talented team in the group, but doing it when 5 days later, we have to take on a team in a place where we've never won.
We get 0 points in 2 games, and chances are, we're going to have to punch our ticket by playing an AFC team in the playoff when this is all said and done.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, talent-wise, we've progressed under Jurgen, tactically and results-wise, we've regressed... and that's alarming considering the former.

Jurgy has this special tendency to get out of the GoD....see WC 2014 and Copa 2016.

After 2014 w/ Germany, Portugal and Ghana, which had MANY people saying we had ZERO chance to advance, I refuse to ever count us out in the group stage.

I think group draw pots are based on historical data, rather than qualifying results/standings. But there are two things I can tell you for a fact. We will have Ghana in our group, and we will get one of the toughest groups, if not the actual group of death. Because that's how that works.

Jurgen only uses important games to go bold. He wastes friendlies along the way but decides in an important WCQ at home to go with something brand new.

Jurgen is too dumb to realize how poor of a tactician he is, which makes him dangerous for us in big tournaments and games that matter. People who think they are smarter than they really are, imo, are the scary ones.
