More tax dollars, less in jail for petty offenses, possibly more serious offense crimes, more welfare

Taxpayers save a tremendous amount of money not policing/locking people up/paying welfare to their kids etc who no longer have anyone to provide for them/more freedom?

If I got to the end of my life with a lot of pain, I would want the right as a human being with free will to be able to obtain heroin or even end my life at a time of my choosing. That is natural law. The government doesn't grant it. It is an inherent part of being born as a human being.

In the immediate term, there would be a lot of idiots ODing. Long term things would probably be unremarkable apart from lower incarceration rates
